Kevin Millar hit a rbi single in the 10th inning as the Baltimore Orioles completed a comeback and defeated the Houston Astros 2-1. Melvin Mora and Aubrey Huff both had singles in the 10th to get thigns going and then Millar did his job and knocked in the game winning run for the Orioles victory!
The other run for the Orioles came in the seventh inning when Luke Scott hit a game tying home run. Before that it was 1-0 and Scott came up big for the Orioles as they won another one run game.
Jeremy Guthrie awesome as he pitched eight innings and only allowed three hits and one run. The one run was a solo home run to Lance Berkman in the top of the seventh inning. Guthrie pitched great and got the no decision in the game. Chad Bradford pitched the ninth and tenth innings to pick up the win. Bradford is now 3-2 on the season after picking up the victory.
The Orioles will now go for the three game sweep on Thursday. I like their chances as they are playing with a lot of confidence right now.
