The Baltimore Orioles reinforced their weary bullpen by activating Mike Gonzalez from the disabled list and recalling left-hander Troy Patton from Triple-A Norfolk. A series of short outings by Baltimore starters and a 13-inning game Tuesday led to the moves, which were announced before Wednesday's game against Tampa Bay.
