Two pitchers from the Dominican Summer League have been suspended 50 games each for violating baseball's drug policy. Left-hander Francisco Vizcaino of the Tampa Bay Rays organization and righty Saulo Alcantara of the Baltimore Orioles organization tested positive for performance-enhancing substances.
